Hazel has experience in all areas of law in which the firm practises. She deals with a wide range of cases including Family Law, Guardianship Applications and Powers of Attorney. She has a particular interest in Child Protection cases, and acts on behalf of a number of clients within the Children’s Hearing System. Hazel is enthusiastic, and has a real dedication to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients. Her approach helps simplify the often complex issues which can arise in these areas of legal work.

Paul is a Partner in the firm with more than 25 years of experience in litigation within the Glasgow area.
The majority of his time has been spent in Springburn, where he is well known and respected. He spends much of his time in Court dealing with criminal work and a full range of civil and family cases. He has an accomplished advocacy style and is committed to achieving positive results for his clients. Paul is dedicated to providing straightforward and effective advice to his clients.
Tracey is a young Solicitor but one who has a wealth of experience. She joined the Practice in 2014, and primarily enjoys litigation. Tracey regularly appears in the Sheriff Court in criminal cases, family disputes and Children’s Referrals. She has a friendlys, approachable and open manner, and adopts a collaborative approach to solving legal issues.
