Wills
We strongly recommend that you should make a Will, regardless of your financial circumstances.
It is the only way to ensure that your wishes will be properly carried out after your death.  We will discuss your requirements in full and advise you about the best way to proceed to ensure that your wishes are properly expressed.  Making a Will can be very straightforward.  Knowing that it has been done gives clients peace of mind. Please contact us today and arrange to see one of our experienced Solicitors.

Executries
When someone close to you passes away it can be a difficult and emotional time.  Winding up an Estate can be complex and time consuming.  Our experienced solicitors are there to take the stress away and deal with the entire process for you.  We provide a highly knowledgeable and sympathetic service aimed at completing the process as quickly and efficiently as possible.  We can do all of the work for you, from uncovering the assets in the Estate to distributing the proceeds to each beneficiary.  We also have experience of dealing with difficult situations, where a dispute has arisen or where someone wishes to challenge the terms of a deceased’s Will.  We offer honest and clear advice from the outset, designed to make the process as straightforward as possible for all of our clients.

Powers Of Attorney
A Power of Attorney is a document signed by an individual which grants another person the authority to deal with aspects of personal welfare and financial affairs.  They are often used in situations where a person needs assistance because they are no longer able to deal with their affairs on their own.  Our experienced Solicitors will provide you with advice on the Power of Attorney that suits you best.

Guardianship
Guardianship Orders are used where an adult has lost the capacity to deal with his or her own affairs.  They are appropriate in a range of circumstances, such as when an elderly person develops dementia, or where an adult suffers illness or injury which renders them incapable of managing their own affairs.  They can also be used for younger people who have been born with a learning disability, or some other form of incapacity.

Our firm has particular expertise in this area of law, and we will guide you through the whole process in a sympathetic and efficient way.  We can help you if someone else has applied for Guardianship of a loved one and you wish to oppose that application.  It is important that you get proper legal advice as soon as possible in these circumstances.  Many people do not realise that Legal Aid is available in almost all Guardianship cases, regardless of the applicant’s financial circumstances. Please arrange to see one of our experienced and skilled Solicitors to discuss your situation in more detail.

Property/Conveyancing
We provide a full range of services in relation to property and conveyancing issues including the purchase and sale of houses and flats; re-mortgaging and Discharge of Standard Securities; and transfer of properties between spouses or family members.

We have developed a reputation for skilled negotiation, achieving the best result for our clients, and protecting their interests.
