Criminal Law
If you have been charged with a criminal offence, it is essential that you are given early and effective advice. When the matter goes to Court it is vital that there is someone there to fight your corner. We have over 30 years experience in representing clients in all Courts in Scotland including the Justice of the Peace and Sheriff Courts, and the High Court of Justiciary. Whether you are charged with an offence under the Misuse of Drugs Act, breach of the peace, a crime involving domestic violence, or a Road Traffic or other Statutory offence, we will arrange the preparation of your case and your representation in Court. In most cases involving criminal charges we will be able to arrange funding through the Scottish Legal Aid Board. We will advise you on related Human Rights issues and represent you in Criminal Appeals and at Hearings before the Parole Board.
Employment Law

Criminal Injuries
Our Solicitors have a wealth of experience in assisting and supporting clients in relation to applications to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority.
If you are the victim of a crime of violence you may be entitled to compensation. An application requires to be made to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority. We will provide support in making the application, advise you on the appropriate level of compensation for any injury, and we will obtain reports where necessary.
Benefit Appeals
